A Word from our CEO: The XperienceHR 2023 News
Dear Valued Customers, Partners, Friends, and Fans,
As we close out another year, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your continued support of XperienceHR. We are proud to have been your partner in time tracking and attendance management, and we are honored to have played a role in helping your business run more smoothly and efficiently.
As we look ahead to 2023, we are excited to announce some new plans for XperienceHR. One of our top priorities for the new year is to enhance the user experience for your employees. To that end, we will be gradually introducing a visual redesign of our web and mobile application. Our goal is to make our software even more intuitive and user-friendly, while still keeping it consistent with the current workflow.
We have also been listening closely to your feedback, and we will be working to add new features and improvements based on your ideas. In addition to the visual updates, the backend architecture will be updated to greatly improve the software performance. AI will be used for the first time to automatically schedule shifts while maintaining optimal work calendar parameters. Being a complementary T&A tool, we plan to enable easier integrations with HCM and payroll software packages that XperienceHR T&A interacts with. As our development pipeline adjusts quarterly, more feature announcements are to come.
Additionally, we will continue to provide best-in-class customer support, with one of the best uptime in the industry and the shortest support team reaction times, so you can always count on us to help you with any questions or issues that may arise.
In 2023, we are introducing different pricing plans for new customers, now offering Attendance, Time Tracking and/or Absence Management each in three levels. This will allow us to better tailor the level of our services to the needs of each of our customer group. Despite ongoing inflation and rising costs, we have kept our prices at 2020 levels, and delayed the price changes that have been seen across the markets and in 2022.
As a global company, we have expanded our support team into Indonesia and built a brand new developers team with colleagues in Hanoi, Vietnam. This new global setup already proved to be a step in the right direction, brought in more resources while maintaining efficiency. It allows us to do more customer customizations, introduce new features faster, and keep costs down, so that we can continue to offer our time and attendance software at an attractive price point. Our unique remote time and attendance product specifically targeted to temp staffing companies and other blue collar environments keep being the simplest on the market.
In 2022, we regularly attended HR tech events and conferences to keep up with the evolving HR trends. In 2023, we plan to travel and talk to our customers even more. For one, we enjoy it and these types of conversations are always a great inspiration for our future product evolution, addressing your real-life time and attendance situations.
We wish you all the best in 2023, please spread the word about XperienceHR in your professional community. We created a beautiful new website that we invite you to visit. We’d be happy to help redefine remote and hybrid work strategies in new companies, help with the needs of the desk and deskless workers or help to get rid of timesheet/payroll monthly headaches by always keeping things simple. We hope to meet you in person at a conference or a personal meeting. We again thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to working with you in the year to come.
